RETURNS & EXCHANGE

COOLING OFF PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return the item.  In order to do this please email sales@cocobow.com for a returns address.  In order for a return to be accepted it must be returned to us in it's original condition within 7 days from receipt of the goods.  Please be aware that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind you will be responsible for the postage costs.  We will only refund the cost of the product and not the postage fee*.  We include the postage cost as part of the sale therefore the return you receive will be minus £8.99 for UK orders.  

It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. 

 *For international Returns you are responsible for the return postage and any fees incurred 

CUSTOMER CARE- WARRANTY AND RETURN

we pride ourselves on providing high quality products.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will do our very best to offer complete customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). In this instance, we will arrange collection of the product.

If you purchased your CocoBow bag from anywhere other than our Website please contact the place of purchase directly.

Warranty: We constantly strive to source the finest quality leathers and materials.  To ensure our customers can be confident in purchasing from us we also warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.*

We offer a prompt exchange or repair of faulty products within the following guidelines:

  • Please contact sales@cocobow.com outlining the nature of the fault and providing proof of purchase 
  • In order that we can assess any defective products we will ask for the product to be returned to us for evaluation - all defective items returned for warranty service will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  • The product must be returned within the warranty period, which is 6 months, from the date of purchase
  • We will contact you with the outcome of the assessment and if a repair or replacement is issued, the repaired / replaced product will be sent back via courier

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e. zipper wear, strap wear, etc), or any other external factors relating to the manufacturing of the product.

* Items purchased in the sale are covered for 2 months only from date of purchase.
